Dr. Bonny Forrest provides coaching, consulting, and educational services designed to support attorney well-being, leadership, and professional development. These services include:

  •  On-demand courses, workshops, and speaking engagements
  •  Leadership and resilience coaching
  •  Law firm consulting on mental health issues, initiatives, and firm culture
  •  A chatbot to screen for various symptoms
  •  Free downloadable self-guided visualizations and audio exercises

2. Location of Services

All services offered through this website are deemed to be provided in the State of California, where Dr. Forrest resides and is licensed to practice psychology. By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that all interactions, content, and services are governed by California law. By using this site the user acknowledges that Dr. Forrest is located in California and any service is being rendered in that state without regard to the location of the user or any contrary provision of law.

3. Use of Digital Resources and CLE Courses

  •  All downloadable exercises, audio/visual tools, and self-help materials are for personal use only. They may not be distributed, sold, or used in any clinical setting without express written permission from Dr. Forrest.
  •  No resource on this site is intended as a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. CLE and digital resources are strictly limited to general educational use.
  •  Firms and other employers providing access to these materials should ensure their use aligns with internal policies and best practices.

4. Limitation of Liability

If you are in crisis or experiencing an emergency, do not use this site. Instead, call 988 in the U.S., 999 in the U.K., or 911 in Canada, or go to your nearest emergency room.

5. Payment Policies

  •  On-Demand Courses: Firms and legal organizations may purchase packages of three or six courses. An invoice will be provided at the time of payment. All sales of CLE courses are final; no refunds will be provided.
  •  Workshops & Consulting: Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements.
  •  Coaching: Sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture of fees.

7. Intellectual Property & Site Use

All content on this site—including text, videos, audio, images, design, trademarks, logos, the order and feedback set forth in the chatbot screener dialogue, and downloadable materials—is the intellectual property of Dr. Bonny Forrest.

You may download materials for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, commercial use, or resale is strictly prohibited without express written permission.

Arbitration Clause:
Any unresolved disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, and the arbitrator may apportion fees consistent with fairness and applicable law.

Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver:
You and Dr. Forrest waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action related to these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
