My Approach
Although many professionals advise on well-being in the legal industry, few have practiced at the highest levels of law, and then combined that experience with advanced clinical mental-health expertise to help lawyers and firms perform at their best.
I began my career as a litigator and M&A attorney at top national firms, handling complex, high-pressure matters. Later, I served as in-house counsel at major financial institutions, gaining firsthand insight into leadership, risk, and firm-wide well-being.
My second career focused on human behavior. I earned a doctorate in psychology from Columbia and trained in brain imaging and neuropsychology at Columbia, Yale, and the National Institutes of Health.
My approach is practical, results-driven, and rooted in science—tailored to the high-stakes world of legal practice.
As one of the very few licensed psychologists at the doctoral level who is also an experienced attorney, I have worked at the intersection of elite legal practice and clinical psychology for over two decades. My approach is research-driven and results-focused, bringing measurable strategies to mental well-being in law.
